WSET Level 1 Award in Wines
An introduction to wine for absolute beginners, hospitality staff and anyone curious about what's in their glass. This course covers the basic principles of wine, building your confidence to describe, serve and select wine, and giving you a solid foundation using the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting. Over the course of 1 day, you will explore types and styles of wine, how wine is made, the world's main grape varieties and their characteristics, the principles of food and wine pairing and wine storage and service.
Classes take place in our dedicated classroom and tasting room in the heart of Clifton Village, led by a WSET Certified Educator, with a relaxed and supportive approach to bringing the curriculum to life through guided tastings.

WSET Level 2 Award in Wines
A qualification for wine enthusiasts, hospitality professionals and anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of wine. Over three days, you'll explore the world's key grape varieties and wine-producing regions, and learn how grape growing and winemaking shape the style and quality of what's in your glass. You'll also build practical tasting skills using the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting, and cover food and wine pairing, storage and service, and the styles of still, sparkling and fortified wines.
Classes take place in our dedicated classroom and tasting room in the heart of Clifton Village, led by a WSET Certified Educator, with a relaxed and supportive approach to bringing the curriculum to life through guided tastings.
