"A richly fruity wine with ripe peach and pineapple flavours combining in a round yet zesty package. Light in body with a touch of juicy flesh on the middle of the palate, it's a lively aperitif style that’s to be drunk in its youth."
The Rothschild family are pre-eminent in the world of wine and have holdings and estates in the finest wine regions across the globe. Baron Benjamin, son and heir to Baron Edmund de Rothschild, purchased 24 hectares of prime vineyards in Marlborough, New Zealand and works with Terry Peabody of Craggy Range to produce an excellent Sauvignon Blanc.
The wine comes from a single vineyard called Rimapere, which is Maori for "5 arrows", the logo of the Rothschild family. This is a lovely full flavoured Sauvignon Blanc with all the typicity you would expect from New Zealand.
