HALVES
An ice cider made from 100% Swedish apples, concentrated & elevated using the natural winter cold of northern Sweden. A true & original expression of the country, apples and family of ciders from which it was born. For the third year in a row Apple Ice is a single variety Mutsu.
The makers are starting to know this ice cider now when it appears in concentration. At which point the balance in the juice should be for the alcohol, acidity and residual sugar to meet at the same crossroads in the finished wine. Light and comfortable without losing complexity and exceptionally drinkable. Warming hints on the nose of spice and toffee apple, followed in the palate by vinous citrus fruit and tangy apple, ends with a long finish. Alc 9% vol.
