"Made from 100% Garganega grapes grown on 20–30-year-old vines in volcanic soils, this wine is fermented in stainless steel vats without skin contact. The same grape variety is used to produce the renowned wines of nearby Soave.
Delicate floral aromas are complemented by notes of white peach. Medium-bodied with a fresh, dry palate, it offers abundant stone fruit flavours of peach and nectarine, alongside the variety's characteristic bitter almond note. Bright acidity provides a clean finish, and the wine is unoaked. A great match for appetisers, light vegetable pasta dishes and fish.
Previous vintages have consistently received awards, including Gold at the Gilbert & Gaillard Awards (2018) and a score of 90/100 from Luca Maroni."
