Nyetimber's only single vineyard wine, chosen by winemakers Chérie and Brad for it's distinctive tasting Pinot Noir. Tillington is a serious expression of the heights English vineyards are able to reach and is an incredibly impressive wine, fit for the most special of occasions.

"Light gold colour and very, very fine bubbles. A delicately floral nose leads to richer notes of pralines and pastries. The palate is generous and opulent with orchard and stone fruits, with freshness and texture in perfect harmony. 78% Pinot Noir & 22% Chardonnay with over four years lees ageing."
