Today there over 400 members, with sparkling wine production taking place in the village of Chardonnay. A lovely introduction to Crémant de Bourgogne. Tasted London, 23 Jan 2025"
Produced from a blend of 45% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 20% Gamay, using the traditional sparkling wine method with maturation on its lees in bottle for 12 months prior to disgorgement. Aromas of citrus and apple with notes of biscuit.
