NV Champagne Jacquart Brut Mosaique, Reims MAGNUMS
Chardonnay is the dominant variety in this cuvee, accounting for up to 40% of the blend; Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier make up the balance. The grapes are sourced from fine terroirs, including the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims. The addition of 20% reserve wine ensures regularity of style, while more than three years ageing and a light dosage of 10 g/l result in a balanced and complex champagne. The perfect aperitif.
Champagne Jacquart is one of the region's most dynamic houses, using 1er Cru and Grand Cru grapes from Champagne’s best vineyards. Wine making is now overseen by ex-Veuve Cliquot winemaker Florian Esnak, Jacquart have rapidly improved both their vineyards and cellars. It is being hailed as a ‘brand to watch’ by critics and no doubt its profile will continue to rise in the coming years.
