The "Cazetiers" vineyard is situated on a south-east exposed slope, near the Clos Saint-Jacques. The soil is lean and chalky, with a red-brown cover layer of clayey marl. Planting density is 10,000 vinestocks/ha in order to extract as much as possible from the terroir and limit the production of each vine stock.
Maceration and vinification take 2 to 3 weeks with indigenous yeasts followed by barrel ageing of which 20% are renewed each year.
