"Handpicked and de-stemmed before temperature controlled fermentation, keeping it cool so as to retain lively aromatics. This has a pretty, deep purple robe with undergrowth and toasted ripe berry flavours on the nose. The palate has a lovely harmony with liquorice and dark fruit notes. A very well made supple glass of wine to enjoy every day."
