En Primeur In Bond per 6x75cl
"The Ferran 2018 Blanc leaps from the glass with tropical notions of pineapple and green mango with touches of fresh apricots, melon and a waft of wet pebbles. Medium-bodied, the palate has a beautiful satiny texture with a great intensity of tropical fruit and a long, racy finish."
Robert de Ferran, solicitor at the Bordeaux Parliament, gave his name to this vineyard followed by Montesquieu, philosopher winegrower, owner of the domaine in the 18th century. This terroir has always produced red and white wines which were then known as 'Premiers Graves Martillac'. The property has belonged to another old Bordelais family since 1880, and today the descendants of Joseph Beraud-Sudreau, Philippe and Ghislane Lacoste, have been managing the estate since 1999.
A lot of work has been done in recent years to restructure the vineyard and renovate the cellars which have resulted in numerous medals and good scores given by wine writers, particularly during the en primeur tastings.
