Domaine Firmin Dezat traces its origins back to Domaine André Dezat, a long established classical producer of bright crisp beautifully rounded Sancerre. The estate has now ben split between the following generation and his grandson Firmin is pursuing organic cultivation alongside manual harvesting. Stainless steel fermentation is used for all the cuvees, with the reds being transferred to barrel for malolactic fermentation and their elevage.
