This dry, full-bodied South African red wine is a made up of 39% Shiraz, 28% Pinotage, 13% Merlot, 12% Petit Verdot, 3% Cabernet Franc, 2% Cabernet Sauvignon , 2% Malbec and 1% Pinot Noir all cultivated at Babylonstoren on the slopes of the Simonsberg Mountain between the wine-growing areas of Franschhoek, Stellenbosch and Paarl, Western Cape, South Africa.
