The 2019 Gevrey-Chambertin Combe de Dessus has a well defined bouquet. The 10%
stems lend just a very slight pepperiness, hints of dried blood emerge with time and
complement the dark berry fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins. This is
very harmonious and silky, the 20% new oak is seamlessly integrated with a persistent
finish. This will be very seductive in its youth - a beautifully crafted Gevrey. Vinous.com"
