A top Domaine run by the Maret family with 12 hectares of prime vineyard in Châteauneuf and 10 hectares in Vacqueyras. Vinification is traditional in stainless steel and concrete vats with élevage in a mixture of new barriques, foudres and demi-muids. The cuvée Vieilles Vignes is mainly Grenache from 80 year old vines and is aged in 10% new oak barriques. The Mourre des Perdrix is a feminine styled Chateauneuf which manages to combine richness with lovely elegance.
