Domaine Vigneau-Chevreau is one of only two estates in Vouvray to be biodynaimc. This Vouvray is produced from the monopole Clos de Rougemont, a small vineyard close to Tours. The soils here are pure limestone and the resultant wine is vinified in barrel with a tiny proportion of new oak. There is great depth of flavour here leading to a deliciously long, dry finish.
