An estate of 6.5ha lying to the north of St Emilion. Denis Boutet took over from his father in 1990, who had formerly been manager at the prestigious Chateau Canon La Gaffeliere and Chateau La Tour Figeac. The Chateau produces in the region of 3,000 cases per year.
The sandy gravely soils are planted 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot to give an extra aromatic lift. 1/3 of the barrels are replaced each year.
