For the Broglia, company this is the most representative and classical of their production and for this reason it carries on its label the name of the Estate: La Meirana. Production of La Meirana takes place in large stainless steel tanks which are temperature controlled. Fermentation occurs between 12° and 16°C with the aim of maintaining a fresh fragrance and fruitiness. La Meirana expresses exceptional characteristics of the area of Gavi with a typical aftertaste of almonds. Best served with fish based dishes and white meats.
