Oliver Zeter has a serious passion for Sauvignon Blanc, having planted seven different clones in soil perfectly suited to this variety, and the resultant wines that he makes will not fail to impress.
Oliver started his winery from scratch, free from the shackles of tradition to focus on his own vision. His specialism is Sauvignon Blanc, unusual for a country that is predominantly planted with Riesling. The innovative approach has worked – these wines are fantastic, and demonstrate the flexibility of this grape through examples of un-oaked, oaked, sparkling and sweet wines
