'Arnaud and Catherine Tessier are the forces behind this quietly ambitious 7.5-hectare Meursault domaine, an estate blessed with choice parcels in some of the commune's finest sites. Rigorously worked soils, moderate yields and long, slow élevage in mostly used barrels are the rudiments of the approach. The result is concentrated but tensile wines that unfold slowly and reward bottle age. I look forward to revisiting more of their wines from bottle in the coming year'
