The Cave de Fleurie has long been recognised for the quality of its wines, and this cuvée was created in 1983 in honour of Mademoiselle Marguerite Chabert, President of the Cellar from 1946 to 1984. Subtil is incorporated into the name to reflect the finesse and refinement found in this their top wine.
