This Estate is steeped in history. They have a parchment which proves that vines were already being grown on Tracy land in 1396, over 600 years ago!The vineyards of Château de Tracy are still family owned and cultivated today under the leadership of the Comte Henry d'Estutt d'Assay. The 28 hectares are farmed under 'conduite raisonée'; treatments are minimal, pesticies are banned, yields are kept low and the canopy is constantly monitored to produce a healthy, perfectly ripened crop. Chateau de Tracy is widely regarded as a star producer of Pouilly Fumé.
