Trained as an oenologist in Beaune followed by an internship in California, Nicole Chanrion took over her father’s 6.5 hectare domaine in 1988. Independently driven, she is involved in everything from tending the vineyards and working in the winery, to bottling and selling her wines. Preferring to follow more traditional methods of winemaking, Nicole encourages the wine to be fermented in large oak foudres and bottled without filtration.
