"Domaine Sangouard-Guyot Pouilly-Fuisse 'Terroirs' has a nose which is opulent, and that leads onto mineral fragrances. It has a great balance of flavours on the palate between liveliness and freshness and a satisfying, generous roundness. This Pouilly- Fuisse is a wine that can stand up to ageing in bottle for a few more years. It is crisp but smooth and silky enough easy to drink now. The level of acidity guarantees a further improvement in the bottle for at least another 3- 5 years."
Petit Chablis is a fresh and very aromatic wine. Its fruity nose carries a suggestion of apple and citrus notes. In the mouth, a nice gustatory attack is combined with a round and fine palate.
