The Las Pampas range of wines are produced by the Zuccardi family, one of the most esteemed and long established producers in the whole of Argentina. The fruit for this cuvee is handpicked prior and fermented separately from one another in steel tanks with indigenous yeast before blending. The final blend is normally 70 % Chenin Blanc and 30 % Torrontes.
