"Langhe DOC Arneis Runcneuv comes from south/south-west facing vines planted on calcareous clay, at about 260 m.a.sl. The grapes are given a few hours maceration on the skins, and the wine remains on its lees for three to four months in stainless steel tanks."
Roberto Sarotto is the seventh generation to lead this family-owned estate. Until his arrival at the helm, the family sold their grapes to cooperatives and other growers. From 1991, he has vinified all the estate’s grapes.
Runcneuv Arneis is an extremely stylish white wine, with a seductive nose of fresh fruit and flowers that leaves a lovely trace of almonds on the palate. It's flowery, fruity elegance, lusciousness and soft freshness make it an ideal match for light, everyday dishes.
