Dry white Bordeaux produced at Chateau Suduiraut in Sauternes. The wine is a blend of Semillon (53%) and Sauvignon Blanc (47%) from vineyard plots that Christian Seely has specifically set aside for dry white wine production, the soils here are fine gravel and sand that accentuate the fruit aromas and bring a beautiful freshness to the wine.
Part of this cuvée is aged in barrel for 6 months (55%), with the balance in vat, 5% of the barrels are new.
