"Pale lemon with an Expressive, floral nose. Aromas of citrus fruit continue onto a very clean palate with notes of green apple."
This ten hectare estate was founded in 1995, and now produces approximately 60,000 bottles of Reuilly per annum; 65% white, 20% red and 15% rosé (from Pinot Gris). The vines are planted on chalky-clay soils; and both vinification and aging are carried out in stainless steel. The Sauvignon Blanc wine is kept on its lees, and these are stirred regularly. The wine is bottled in March. Although delightfully lively when young, it will keep well for up to two years.
