"The 2011 vintage is predominatly Malvasia with a little Sauvignon Blanc and Bombino Bianco. The pressing here is very gentle with no skin contact before fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. This shows wonderful aromatics with very expressive grapefruit and tropical notes on the nose. The palate is crisp and refreshing with all the weight and texture you'd expect of a top Frascati."
Poggio Le Volpi covers 15 hectares of vineyards situated on the lower slopes of Monte Porzio Catone in heart of the Frascati Superiore DOC.
