Bernard Bouvier is an incredibly dynamic vigneron who makes beautifully pure Pinot Noir with lovely flesh and rounded tannins. Over the decade we have known him we have seen his range expand from his core holdings in Fixin and Marsanny to incorporate Vosne Romaneé 1er Cru and Chambolle Musigny1er Cru and even Charmes Chambertin Grand Cru, all from carefully sourced purchased fruit. He works to an impeccably high standard and his wines are a joy to drink.
