Femar Vini was established in 1987 and run a very modern winery at Monte Porzio Catone which is in the heart of the Frascati Superiore DOC. Utilising the latest technology included a range of temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, the wine produces excellent Frascati at a very reasonable price from both their own vineyards and also long term contract growers where they control the cultivation of the vines.
