Christophe and his cousin Marc are now 100% biodynamic. Each year they grow in stature and are now making very impressive wines. They own and lease over 20 hectares of great vineyards based around Hunawihr and Ribeauvillé and last year increased their holding in the heart of the Grand Cru Rosacker to over two hectares and more plots in the excellent lieu dit Mulhforst. They are also proprietors in the Grands Crus Mandelberg and Osterberg. This is classic Riesling country but all their wines, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer are quite simply wonderful.
