Ripe, citrussy, easy-drinking sparkling wine. Ideal for parties and weddings this has a fresh, clean finish and is exceptionally good value. Made from 90% Mauzac, 5% Chenin and 5% Chardonnay in exactly the same pain-staking and time consuming way as Champagne then aged for 15 months in the cellars. - The only difference - The price!

Property Information

This 40-ha domaine has been in the Robert family for many generations, tucked away in the hills on the east side of the Aude near the village of Pieusse. Their whole range is good, but especially their sparkling wines, probably one of the best in this style. The Roberts still use traditional rémuage to shake down the sediment.
