The ‘Terre di Sava’ project was started by Mauro di Maggio and Angelo Cotugno in 2008 in the Salentine countryside around Sava. Here you can find the widest and richest heritage of ‘Primitivo’ bush vines in the world. All of the Terre di Sava wines reflect the vitality of the area in their plush deep coloured fruit led wines.
